blackDot.ca opted to develop a custom e-commerce engine to accommodate the specialized personalized financial advisor order details, purchasing options, and management of order data required by RBC Wealth Management.
Through an automated, back-end process, the engine would send extrapolated order data to the variable digital printing company’s Heidelberg press, after which the final product is shipped directly to the advisor. This helped to limit the potential for human error and increased the overall accuracy of the end product.
